A person that operates a taxi business and offers remunerated passenger transportation through this business. The person must be registered for the GST and QST and must collect and report the taxes on the services provided. In addition, the person is responsible for sending transaction data to Revenu Québec and giving each customer a bill produced with a sales recording system (SRS).
