Number of days of care
The number of days of care corresponds to the number of days after April 21, 2015, for which you were required, under a subsidized childcare agreement that you signed, to pay the basic contribution. It will be shown on your RL-30 slip.
The number of days of care does not include:
- days preceding April 22, 2015
- days on which the childcare provider did not offer childcare
- days for which care was provided to a child in preschool or elementary school because the child could not receive childcare at school
- days of care for which you were exempted from paying the basic contribution
Each day or half-day of childcare received under a signed agreement is considered a full day of childcare.
