A person for whom you or your spouse on December 31:

• received the Family Allowance payment from Retraite Québec for the month of December 2025 or, in the case of a child born or adopted in December 2025, for the month of January 2026; or
• is claiming, on line 28 of Schedule A, an amount transferred by a child 18 or over enrolled in post-secondary studies.
