My Account for Partners
My Account for partners is a secure, personalized space online where product development partners can manage their account confidentially.
You are considered to be a product development partner if you develop or adapt products that you (or taxpayers) can use to meet tax or administrative obligations and if you are registered as a Revenu Québec partner. Product development partners do not have to register for My Account for businesses separately because they are given a user code and password to access My Account when they register as a partner.
If you are a product development partner, click the button below to access My Account.
Services available in My Account
After authenticating, you can, in the same session:

- add the names of resource people;
- manage your products;
- view your test-case history;
- send us a message.
Use the Contact Us service in My Account for partners to ensure that your requests for information will be prioritized.
My Account Conditions for Use
You must accept the conditions for use for My Account when you register as a partner.
The official conditions for use of My Account for partners are set out in document SW-11-V, Management Framework Intended for Product Developers.
In the case of a discrepancy between the text on this Web page and the text in SW-11-V, the text in SW-11-V has precedence.
To register as a Revenu Québec partner, you must use form SW-10-V, Agreement Between Revenu Québec and a Product Developer.
In these conditions for use, “applicant” means a product developer seeking to register as a partner, and therefore for My Account for partners. The applicant can be an individual in business, a partnership, a corporation or any other legal entity.
By registering as a partner, the applicant obtains a temporary password.
The applicant must also ensure that form SW-10-V, Agreement Between Revenu Québec and a Product Developer, is completed, printed, signed and mailed to Revenu Québec.
Once Revenu Québec accepts the applicant's registration as a partner, the applicant will receive a user code. The applicant must then:
- use the user code and password to access My Account for partners in order to add the business's resource people;
- click Contact Us to request a unique user code and password for each resource person;
- register the product(s) for which the applicant is seeking validation from Revenu Québec;
- associate a resource person with each product in the partner account (each resource person must be associated with at least one product).
Role of the applicant
The applicant is responsible for:
- registering as a partner;
- ensuring that form SW-10-V, Agreement Between Revenu Québec and a Product Developer, is signed and mailed to Revenu Québec;
- adding resource people to the partner account and products (following acceptance by Revenu Québec of the applicant's registration).
Responsibilities of all people with a user code and password
Every transaction made with a user code and password has the same legal effect as a transaction made further to duly signed written instructions provided by the applicant.
People with a user code and password are responsible at all times for:
- the accuracy of the information provided using My Account for partners;
- ensuring that the information provided using My Account for partners is up to date;
- the accuracy of any data they enter.
Obtaining a user code and password
On registering as a partner (which includes registration for My Account for partners), the applicant is assigned a temporary password by Revenu Québec.
Once Revenu Québec receives a duly completed and signed copy of form SW-10-V, Agreement Between Revenu Québec and a Product Developer, Revenu Québec verifies certain information and will either accept or reject the applicant's registration by email.
If the applicant's registration is accepted, the confirmation email will include the applicant's user code. The applicant will then be able to access My Account for partners using the user code and the temporary password. The applicant must then create a new password and choose verification questions that can be used to reset a forgotten password.
All resource people authorized by the applicant must go through a similar process to obtain a user code and a password.
Confidentiality of the user code and password
Any person with a user code and password is responsible for all actions done using them until the person informs Revenu Québec of their unauthorized use (if applicable).
Any person with a user code and password is responsible for keeping them confidential. The user code and password are reserved for the exclusive use of the person authorized to hold them. Therefore, the authorized person:
- must never allow any other person to use the user code and password;
- must change the password periodically for security reasons.
Under no circumstances will Revenu Québec be held liable for any loss or damage related to a failure to respect the obligations set out in these conditions for use.
Changes to the conditions for use
The conditions for use of My Account for partners can be accessed on the Revenu Québec website and in the Management Framework Intended for Product Developers (SW-11-V). Partners must check the conditions for use periodically to stay informed.
The conditions for use can be changed without prior notice and at any time by Revenu Québec, provided Revenu Québec posts the new conditions on the Revenu Québec website and in the Management Framework Intended for Product Developers (SW-11-V). The changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Revenu Québec website.
Use of My Account for partners by a person with a user code and password constitutes acceptance of any changes made to the conditions for use (if applicable).
Access to My Account for partners
Access to My Account for partners is granted for an indefinite period.
Without prior notice, Revenu Québec can suspend or revoke all access privileges of any person with a user code and password. Therefore, where, among other things, there is reason to believe that a condition for use has not been respected or the law has been broken, Revenu Québec can, at any time and with immediate effect, refuse access to My Account for partners. Moreover, where a person does not use access that has been granted, Revenu Québec can suspend or revoke that person's access privileges.
Revenu Québec may revoke a person's access to My Account for partners where an event occurs that results in the applicant no longer meeting the conditions of registration. This is the case, for instance, where:
- a business declares bankruptcy;
- a business is dissolved or wound up;
- an individual in business dies.
A person with a user code and password can, at any time, request to have access to My Account for partners discontinued.
Confidentiality of information
Revenu Québec ensures the confidentiality of transmitted information by maintaining security measures in compliance with its legal obligations.
Communication
Revenu Québec communicates by email with all people holding a user code and password. It is therefore important that all such people ensure the accuracy of the email address in the partner account.
Availability of My Account for partners
Revenu Québec can, at any time and without prior notice to people holding a user code and password, temporarily change the way in which My Account for partners is provided or temporarily interrupt the availability of all or part of My Account for partners.
Revenu Québec can, after notifying people holding a user code and password, permanently change the way in which My Account for partners is provided or permanently make all or part of My Account for partners unavailable.
Legal system
Any dispute that may arise from an application for registration or conditions for use with respect to My Account for partners is governed by Québec legislation. People with a user code and password must recognize the exclusive authority and jurisdiction of Québec tribunals in this regard.
