Person Authorized to Offer an Eligible Income-Averaging Annuity

A person who:

holds a licence that authorizes the person to carry on an annuities business in Québec or offer trustee services in Québec; or
is otherwise authorized under the laws of Québec or Canada to offer an eligible income-averaging annuity.
