QESI Primary Caregiver

A primary caregiver is:

  • a person who is entitled to a family allowance paid by Retraite Québec for a beneficiary and who is responsible for the beneficiary's care and education;
  • an organization that is responsible for the beneficiary, if they reside in or are placed in a youth centre.
