A residential unit is a detached house, semi-detached house, rowhouse unit, residential unit held in co-ownership (condominium unit), mobile home, floating home, or apartment; a room in a residence for students, seniors, individuals with a disability, or other individuals; or other similar premises occupied or intended to be occupied exclusively as a place of residence or lodging.
