Containers of beer intended for consumption in an establishment authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises or sold with prepared food for take out or delivery are marked "CSP" (consumption on the premises) or have the stamp approved by Revenu Québec.

As of September 1, 2025, brewers and beer distributors that sold an average of more than 15 million litres of beer annually in Québec over the last three calendar years must continue to identify containers of beer intended for consumption in an establishment authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises or sold with prepared food for take out or delivery.
