Persons in charge of online services
The person in charge of online services acts as the applicant's representative with the service provider and departments and agencies in all transactions concerning the applicant, including the communication of confidential information. This person has access to all of the applicant's services and files, both current and future (including those that are amended).
The person in charge of online services may register the applicant with department and agency services and have access to these services under the stated conditions.
The person in charge of online services may extend access to clicSÉQUR and department and agency services to other persons (hereinafter referred to as users). This person may also authorize the service provider or departments and agencies to disclose confidential information to the users, in which case the service provider must assign each user a user code and password providing them access to these services. These codes and passwords are considered to have been assigned to the applicant.
The person in charge of online services has complete authority to control user access, in particular, to determine, suspend, reactivate, modify or revoke a user's access rights. However, the person in charge can only suspend or reactivate the access of another person in charge.
The person in charge may cancel the applicant's registration with clicSÉQUR or department and agency services. This person may also request reactivation the applicant's registration with clicSÉQUR or department and agency services. In such cases, the decision passes to the service provider or the departments or agencies.
