Stopping Commercial Activities
You must notify us immediately if you permanently stop your commercial activities, as mandatory billing measures will no longer apply to you. You must inform us of the date you stopped your activities and request that your mandatory billing file be closed by:
- using My Account for businesses;
- completing form FO-350.DE-V, Application to Open, Close or Change an Operator File.
Once your file is closed, your authorization code and digital certificate(s) will be revoked. For greater security, we recommend that you also use the SRS function to delete your digital certificate(s).
Stopping commercial activities temporarily
If you operate a seasonal restaurant establishment, if you provide remunerated passenger transportation or if you temporarily stop your commercial activities for other reasons, contact us.
