You are subject to mandatory billing measures if you operate a restaurant establishment that is situated in:

• an amusement park;
• a recreational park;
• a water park;
• an animal park;
• a zoological garden;
• an aquarium; or
• other similar place.

For example, you may be subject to the measures if your restaurant establishment is situated in a place (interior or exterior) where admission is charged (such as tickets or memberships), where facilities, attractions or activities are offered for entertainment and where clients generally do not remain in a seated or stationary position to attend an event or a performance.
