Your Employment Status Changes
If you pay support, you must contact us if your sources of income change in the year.
You must inform us of the following changes:
- the temporary or permanent termination of employment or a work contract;
- a new job or work contract;
- an additional source of income;
- income replacement indemnities or benefits.
Please send us the following information:
- the date you started receiving income from the additional source, or the date your job or work contract changed or ended;
- the name and contact information of your new employer (if applicable) and the name of the person responsible for payroll (if known);
- the name of the body or government department that pays you income replacement indemnities or benefits (if applicable).
