After establishing jurisdiction, the Minister of Revenue must inform the public that the Minister is the provisional administrator of the unclaimed property entrusted to the Minister. For that purpose, the Minister publishes a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec and in daily newspapers circulating in Québec.
