Your obligations in respect of an employee or beneficiary subject to a deduction notice will end only when we issue you a release discharging you of those obligations.

You must notify us if you are unable to continue making the deduction because the person is no longer your employee. In such a case, your obligation to deduct support ends without the need for a release.
