Amounts Remitted in Error
You must notify us, if you remitted to us an amount of support you deducted in error. We will ensure that it is refunded to the payer of support.
Likewise, you must notify us if you remit an amount that was not deducted from the person's remuneration. We will refund it to you after making the necessary verifications.
You cannot recover an amount deducted in error directly from an employee or beneficiary.
