Communicating With the QESI Support Team
Only the authorized resource persons of a trustee, promoter or mandatary that completed or is in the process of completing the QESI registration process, can communicate with us and get legal, administrative, operational or technical support for their registered education savings plan (RESP) and QESI contracts.
Adding an authorized resource person
To add a resource person, you must be a resource person already authorized by the trustee, promoter or mandatary. Complete the Authorized Resource Persons Registration Form: Québec Education Savings Incentive (SW-35-V) and enter the name(s) of the persons you want to appoint.
On the form, you can provide contact information for five resource persons with different positions. To appoint more than five resource persons or more than one person for each type, use another copy of the form.
Email the form to [email protected]. We'll confirm your addition(s) to the list of authorized resource persons by secure email.
Resource persons entered in Part 2 of form SW-35-V are automatically added to our email list. They'll receive emails about new documents in the Partners section of our website and other QESI and processing information.
Removing an authorized resource person
To remove a QESI authorized resource person, you must be an authorized resource person and email the person's full name to [email protected].
Getting the list of authorized resource persons
You can ask for the list of persons authorized to communicate with us by emailing [email protected].
Communicating With the QESI Support Team
We use Microsoft 365's secure email to communicate with you. (You don't need to register for the secure email service to use it.)

Receiving email notifications
You must sign up for email notifications to be notified when we receive your production files or send your processing reports.
To add, change or remove an email address, you must be an authorized resource person. Complete the Request for Assistance – Authorized Resource Persons in the Québec Education Savings Incentive Field of Activity (SW-172-V), specifying the reason for the request (addition, change or removal) and email it to [email protected].
As a mandatary, you can receive email notifications at up to three addresses. And you can use shared mailbox addresses.
Getting help by video
If you're an authorized resource person, you can ask us for video support via Microsoft Teams. Simply complete the Request for Assistance – Authorized Resource Persons in the Québec Education Savings Incentive Field of Activity (SW-172-V), check “Request for a Teams meeting,” and email the form to [email protected].
