You may be entitled to financial compensation if you operate a restaurant establishment subject to mandatory billing measures and you paid to acquire and activate one or more eligible sales recording modules (SRMs).

Under the program, an SRM is eligible if it meets these conditions:

• It was new at the time of purchase and was acquired from an installer that installed and activated it in the restaurant establishment covered by the application for financial compensation.
• It was purchased and activated after October 31, 2021, but before November 1, 2023.
• It was installed and activated in the restaurant establishment of an eligible operator.
