In accordance with the Act respecting contracting by public bodies, Revenu Québec publishes information on its contracts worth $25,000 or more in the Québec government's online invitation to tender system (SEAO).

That said, Revenu Québec is not bound by the Conseil du trésor directive that requires public bodies to send a list of all their financial undertakings in excess of $25,000 to the Comptroller of Finance, who then provides it to the National Assembly.
