We release documents further to an access to information request, to the extent allowed by law. The following, however, cannot be released:

• documents containing personal or confidential information
• documents containing information provided by a third party
• documents liable to impact the administration of justice or public security

The documents are accompanied by a depersonalized letter signed by a person responsible for access to information and the protection of confidential information.

When reproduction fees are charged, the documents are sent, along with a letter, once payment has been received. They are released within five working days thereafter.
