You can get your notice of assessment number to register for the Government Authentication Service in My Account for individuals. It's the quickest and easiest way.

To confirm your identity and guarantee the confidentiality of your information, you'll need your social insurance number and two recent documents from us, such as:
- a notice of assessment or determination
- an account statement
- another document we sent you
If you can't provide the required information, we will not be able to provide you with information about your file or make changes to it.

We cannot provide personal or confidential information in emails sent to your personal address. If you would like information about your tax file, please call us.
At our office
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
At our offices, you can:
- make payments
- obtain forms
- drop off documents
Note that you cannot meet with an agent or request copies of documents.
