You can make payments online through your financial institution or payment service provider:

• with a payment code
• without a payment code
• with a reference number

You can use the payment code we provided to make a payment online through a participating financial institution or payment service provider.

To make the payment:

• Log in to your financial institution or payment service provider.
• Add “Revenu Québec – Code de paiement” as a bill in the online payment service or government remittances section, depending on the type of payment.
• Select “Revenu Québec – Code de paiement,” enter your 20-digit payment code and make the payment.

You can pay an income tax balance, make support payments or make instalment payments on your financial institution's website. To pay an income tax balance or make instalment payments, you must enter your social insurance number.

You can file certain returns and make certain payments, such as instalment payments, online through a financial institution or payment service provider. The financial institutions and payment service providers that let you make government remittances online are listed below.

If we provided you with a nine-digit reference number when you filed your return using our online services, you can make your payment on the website of a participating financial institution.

To make the payment:

• go to your financial institution's website;
• in your account, select “Revenu Québec – Services Clic Revenu” as the payee;
• enter your ten-digit identification number, followed by your nine-digit reference number.
