Sending RL Slips and Summaries
RL slips
You are required to file RL slips with Revenu Québec either online or by mail.
You must also distribute the RL slips to the intended recipients.

As an RL slip issuer, you must never send copies 2 and 3 of an RL slip to Revenu Québec. Copy 2 of an RL slip is only intended for the people it's filed for and copy 3 is for you. Note that if you send RL slips online to Revenu Québec, do not send any paper copies.
