RL slips

You must mail us copy 1 of the RL slips on paper. This does not apply if you file the slips online. 

Be sure to keep a paper or electronic copy of the RL slips.

If you file more than five RL slips of the same type (other than RL-13 or RL-24 slips) for a calendar year, you must send them to us online.

Summaries

All summaries must be printed out and mailed to us. For the RL-1 summary (RLZ-1.S-V, Summary of Source Deductions and Employer Contributions), you can also use the service for filing the RL-1 summary in My Account for businesses.
