If you provide telephone services, you must register for the municipal tax for 9-1-1 service before you collect the tax for the first time.
How to register
You can register for this tax by:
- using the Register a New Business (GST, QST, other consumption taxes, source deductions and corporation income tax) online service; or
- filing form LM-1-V, Application for Registration.
