If you plan to develop or adapt products for filing returns and remitting payments electronically, you must be associated with a financial institution that has entered into an agreement with the Ministère des Finances with respect to deposits into the Ministère's accounts and the transfer of EDI files to Revenu Québec. This association must be entered into before you register your business as a partner in the Electronic payment transactions field of activity.
