All Online Services – Professional Representatives
Most online services for professional representatives are available in My Account for professional representatives, a secure space where you can meet your clients' tax obligations and manage your file online.

Services available in My Account for professional representatives
Select PRO Rep + or PRO Rep to see the available services.
The PRO Rep + group of services covers the following:
- Administration
- Create an authorization or a power of attorney
- Manage authorizations and powers of attorney
- Manage categories
- Manage divisions (for the coordinator)
- Manage the business and divisions (for the business's ex officio or authorized representative)
- Manage user accounts
- View the list of authorizations and powers of attorney (active, inactive, to be accepted, being processed, to be corrected, being created)
- Services related to individuals
- Apply for a trust identification number
- File dues returns for remunerated passenger transportation
- File GST/HST and QST returns for taxi business operators
- File notices of objection
- Make changes to income tax returns
- Make changes to notices of objection
- View collection files
- View instalment payment information
- View income tax return information
- View notices of assessment and confirmations of accelerated refunds

A representative must choose between the PRO Rep + and the PRO Rep group of services. This choice (and scheduled outages) will determine which online services will be accessible.

You can access the Designate a New Representative online service without having to sign in to My Account.
