Manifest or Waybill for Bulk Fuel Transportation

This form is for use by bulk-fuel carriers that are required under the Fuel Tax Act to record, in respect of each shipment, certain information about the vendor, the purchaser and the loading and unloading of the shipment, unless they are exempted from doing so under the Act.
This document must be kept on board the vehicle.
