Managing Your Tax File
In managing your tax file, you can do the following:
- view your business file online in My Account for businesses;
- inform us of a change of address (or a change in your contact information) in My Account;
- manage the business's authorizations and powers of attorney in My Account and print form MRW-69.E-V, Power of Attorney or Authorization to Communicate Information to a Person Registered for My Account for Businesses;
- register for clicSÉQUR – Entreprises, the Québec government's authentication service, to access our online services;
- make payments by pre-authorized debit using the online service in My Account;
- register your business for direct deposit using form LM-2.M-V;
- make elections, such as those:
- to change your reporting periods,
- to use the Quick Method of Accounting to calculate GST and QST remittances,
- to use the Special Quick Method of Accounting for public service bodies,
- not to use the net tax calculation method for charities, and
- to change your remittance frequency for source deductions and employer contributions.
