The income tax return package (TP-1.FG-V) includes the return, forms and guide. If you filed your 2024 return on paper, we'll automatically mail you the package by mid-February 2026. 

If you don't receive it or would like another copy, you can: 

• use our online service to order one 
• print one out 
• pick one up at one of our offices or at a Services Québec office 
• contact us
