New provisions for identifying beer containers
Brewers who sold a total of 15 million or fewer litres of beer over the previous three calendar years can stop identifying containers of beer for consumption on the premises.
Brewers who sold more than 15 million litres of beer over the previous three calendar years must continue to identify containers of beer and report related information. Invoices must also include the letters “CSP” (consumption on the premises).
New: Public registry of beer brands whose containers must be identified
In order to group all the beer brands whose containers must be identified, a public registry will be set up and put online on our website on September 1.
