Making a Payment by Mail
To make a payment by mail, send us a cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Revenue of Québec, along with the remittance slip we sent you. Send everything to the address shown on the remittance slip or the return envelope enclosed with it.
- If you do not have a remittance slip (because you lost it, for example), you can order one (TPZ-1026.0.1.M-V or TPZ-1026.0.1.Q-V) using the Ordering Forms and Publications online service or by contacting us.
- If you used our online services in My Account for businesses to file your consumption tax and source deductions and employer contributions returns, you can print the remittance slip by accessing an online payment service and opting to pay by cheque or money order.
Payment date
Regardless of how you pay, your payment is considered to be received on the date it is received at one of our offices or the date it is processed by a financial institution for remittance to the Minister of Revenue of Québec. To avoid interest and penalties, make sure you account for processing by your financial institution.
