Québec Education Savings Incentive Agreement: Promoter

You must sign this agreement if you are a promoter of registered education savings plans and you want your subscribers to be able to take advantage of the Québec education savings incentive (QESI). Among other things, this document sets out your obligations, as well as those of Revenu Québec, when it comes to managing the QESI.
Revenu Québec's language policy requires that French be the language of communication between corporations established in Québec and Revenu Québec.

Note
Promoters whose head office is outside Québec must sign a copy of the French version of the agreement. However, they can request to include a copy of the English version (available below), in which case both the English and French copies of the agreement must be signed.
