Information Return – RénoVert Tax Credit

This form is intended for any syndicate of co-owners that paid qualified expenditures for eco-friendly renovation work done on a condominium building under a contract entered into with a qualified contractor.

This form is used to report information concerning the work done and the share of the expenses attributable to each condominium unit so that each co-owner can claim the RénoVert tax credit in his or her income tax return.
