Complete this form if you are registered for the Québec sales tax (QST) and you want to calculate QST payable and input tax refunds (ITRs) and to report any tax adjustments and instalment payments. The form can also be used to report tax related to the acquisition of a taxable immovable or taxable carbon emission allowances.
