Dues Return – Remunerated Passenger Transportation

This form is for any taxi business operator or operator under agreement that is required to file a dues return for remunerated passenger transportation for a period before October 2021. The form can also be used to amend a dues return that has already been filed.

Do not use this form to file a dues return for the current period. Instead, use the form TRZ-287.R-V, Dues Return: Remunerated Passenger Transportation, that we sent you.
