TP-1015.3-V
Complete this form and give it to your employer or payer so that they can determine how much income tax to withhold from the amounts they pay you.
For the 2025 taxation year, the following changes have been made in form TP-1015.3-V in respect of the amount for career extension:
- The eligibility age has been increased from 60 to 65.
- The first $7,500 of eligible work income is now excluded (up from $5,000). The exclusion amount will be indexed as of the 2026 taxation year.
- The maximum eligible work income has been increased from $11,000 to $12,500 and will be indexed as of the 2026 taxation year.
- The reduction threshold has been increased from $40,925 to $56,500 and will be indexed as of the 2026 taxation year.
- The reduction is now based on net income (line 275 of the income tax return).
- The reduction rate has been increased from 5% to 7%.
- The special rule for workers born before January 1, 1951, has been eliminated.
