Mining Tax Return – Annual Earnings From an Additional Mine

This form must be completed by any operator that has more than one mine and is required to file a mining tax return for a fiscal year beginning on or after January 1, 2014. The operator must also complete form IM-30.MX-V.

This form does not include the tax measures announced on March 25, 2021. For more information, see Budget Speech 2021-2022 of the Ministère des Finances.
