This form is intended for any corporation not resident in Canada that wishes to apply for Revenu Québec's authorization to have a payer reduce the income tax to be withheld from a payment the corporation receives for services it provides in Québec, in accordance with section 1015R18 of the Regulation respecting the Taxation Act.
