Complete this form to claim a refund of the fuel tax paid on gasoline or non-coloured fuel oil used in Québec to supply the engine of a prescribed motor vehicle. A refund may be claimed only for the quantity of fuel used to operate the vehicle's eligible equipment, not for the quantity used to propel the vehicle. To give entitlement to a refund, the equipment must be used for commercial or public purposes in Québec.
