Form to Be Completed by Collection Officers with Respect to the Adjusted Volume of Fuel

This form must be completed by any collection officer who purchased fuel in Québec for which the volume was adjusted to 15°C and who resold the fuel at the ambient temperature (actual volume), or who purchased fuel at the ambient temperature and resold the fuel at the reference temperature of 15°C.
