If you meet the eligibility conditions, you may be able to receive advance payments of the tax credit for caregivers for 2025 instead of waiting to claim it in your 2025 income tax return.

Advance payments are paid by the 12th of every month, by direct deposit only. See Direct Deposit for ways to register. How many payments you receive in the year depends on when we receive your application.
