Application for a Refund in Respect of Biodiesel Fuel

This form is to be used to claim a refund of the tax paid before March 26, 2025, on biodiesel fuel not mixed with another type of fuel. The fuel must have been purchased for the claimant's use.

Before completing this form, consult the Table of Fuel Tax Rates in Québec, by Region (form CA-1-V) to find out which tax rates apply to your situation.

If you have already opened the fillable form, close it without saving it.
