Ce formulaire s'adresse à la fois à tout représentant légal d'une ou d'un titulaire de compte d'épargne libre d'impôt pour l'achat d'une première propriété (CELIAPP) qui a reçu une somme en vertu de ce compte à la suite du décès de la ou du titulaire et à une personne qui est la conjointe ou le conjoint survivant de la ou du titulaire décédé et qui a droit à la totalité ou à une partie de cette somme en règlement total ou partiel de ses droits à titre de bénéficiaire de la succession de la ou du titulaire. Il leur permet de désigner conjointement la totalité ou une partie de la somme reçue par le représentant légal en vertu du CELIAPP et ayant été versée par celui-ci à la conjointe ou au conjoint survivant, ou à un CELIAPP, à un régime enregistré d'épargne-retraite (REER) ou à un fonds enregistré de revenu de retraite (FERR) de la conjointe ou du conjoint survivant.
