If you are asking a question by secure email, make sure to give a phone number where we can reach you because we will answer by phone and not by email. When we call, you will need certain confidential documents (such as the business's last notice of assessment or consumption tax return) to confirm your identity. Also, to view or make changes in the business's file, you need to be an authorized representative or have a valid power of attorney.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
At our offices, you can:
- make payments;
- obtain forms;
- drop off documents.
Note that you cannot meet with an agent or request copies of documents.
