Such products are used by intermediaries authorized by the Registraire des entreprises and other clienteles who wish to use the services of the Registraire des entreprises.

Authorized intermediaries

Product developers that are partners can develop or adapt products that allow authorized intermediaries to electronically transmit documents on behalf of third parties and to meet obligations under the law. Authorized intermediaries use such products to file:

• articles of constitution with a notice establishing the address of the head office and list of directors;
• articles of constitution with an initial declaration.
