Product developer

You can obtain a certification number attesting that your product meets our technical requirements for electronic data transmission.

To obtain a certification number as a product developer, you must:

1. register as a partner of Revenu Québec;
2. develop or adapt the product according to the specifications given in guide SW-243, Developer's Guide: Functional Specifications, and guide SW-244, Developer's Guide: B2B Web Services Technical Specifications (both available in French only);
3. obtain a username and password to access the integration environment reserved for partners;
4. notify us when you are ready to have your product certified. To do so, click Contact Us in My Account for partners. For more information about certification, see guide SW-246, Developer's Guide: Registraire des entreprises Field of Activity – Authorized Intermediaries (in French only).

Once the test results are satisfactory, we will add your product to the list of authorized software on our website. You will receive an email confirming that your software meets our requirements for electronic data transmission.

Other clienteles

To obtain certification, you must:

1. register as a partner of Revenu Québec;
2. access My Account for partners in order to register resource persons and the product for which you wish to obtain certification;
3. provide your X.509 security certificate in order to access the partners testing environment;
4. carry out your tests and provide proof of their completion;
5. notify us when you are ready for certification, in order to send us your certification application. To do so, click Contact Us in My Account for partners;
6. provide your X.509 security certificate to access the operating environment.
