Québec Education Savings Incentive Agreement: Trustee

You must sign this agreement if you are the trustee of a registered education savings plan and you want to register as a partner with Revenu Québec for the Québec Education Savings Incentive (QESI) field of activity. Among other things, this document sets out your obligations, as well as those of Revenu Québec, when it comes to managing the QESI.
Note
Trustees whose head office is outside Québec must sign a copy of the French version of the agreement. However, they can request to include a copy of the English version (available below), in which case both the English and French copies of the agreement must be signed.
