Questionnaire for Succession Liquidators

If you are the liquidator of a succession (often referred to as an “estate executor”) following someone's death, you have tax obligations and need to follow specific steps to settle the succession. However, these steps are not always the same for all liquidators because each succession is unique (for example, the deceased may or may not have had a will).

Complete this short questionnaire (maximum of 18 questions) to find out what you have to do as the liquidator.
