Debtors of Support Who Have Lost, Changed or Ended Their Employment
Job loss
If you are a debtor of support and you recently lost your job, you must inform us. A job loss does not relieve you of your obligation to make support payments.
Change or end of employment
If you are a debtor of support who makes payments through source deductions, you must notify us as soon as you change or end employment.
You must also provide us with the following:
- the employment change or end date;
- the date of your last paycheque;
- the name and contact information of your new employer, if any, and the name of the paymaster if you know it.
You must send us this information through My Account or by secure email.
