Your CSST payments to Revenu Québec in 2011 are not shown in Part 1 of the Summary of Source Deductions and Employer Contributions (form RLZ-1.S-V). Information concerning your CSST payments must not be added to the remittance slip of form RLZ-1.S-V. Accordingly, no CSST payments are to be included with the slip.

The notice of assessment that the CSST sends you in 2012 will include a new section, Annexe Versements périodiques, which will show the periodic payments that you reported in 2011.
